• How much is a puppy?

  • Currently $1100 to $3800 for a non-breeding quality puppy or dog.​

  • $1500 to $4000 for an AKC breeding registration.

  • Breeding rights are to pre-approved established programs only.

• How much is a deposit?

  • A deposit is $300.

    • You will receive a $100 discount if you prepay a deposit on a puppy from an expecting mama only.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. PLEASE think it through before placing a deposit!

• Do you health test your Yorkshire Terrier & Miniature Schnauzer parents?

  • Yes we do!  Depending on the breed:

    • OFA certification

    • Cardiac evaluations

    • Eye Certifications

    • DNA Disease panel

    • Genetic Profiles

• Do you sell older Yorkies & Schnauzies?

  • If by chance a puppy or adult does not work out with a family, we will try to find a home that fits its needs.

  • We sometimes have a unique situation where we are assisting a dog in need.

  • All pricing, warranties and conditions are on a case by case basis.

• Do you offer stud service?

  • Stud service is available to approved complimenting pedigrees/programs only.

    • We do not line-breed​.

    • We do not breed with pop-up breeders.

  • Stud service is $800-$1200 (or pick/picks of the litter on a limited basis).

  • We guarantee 1 live birth​​.

    • ​The female system determines the number of eggs.
    • The male system determines the sex of an offspring.

  • All offspring will be sold with Limited AKC registration unless otherwise agreed upon.​

• Do you offer Artificial Insemination?

  • We are working on this program, please check back!

• Can I have recommendations?

  • Absolutely! We can give recommendations from our vet and our buyers! We want you to feel good about selecting us as your breeder.

• What is lifetime support?

  • We are here for you, for the life of your puppy. Ask questions, share pictures, give recommendations, anything! 10 weeks or 10 years old, we are there for you. We do NOT sell you a puppy and walk away. We mean it when we say, we are in this together for the life of your puppy!

  • ​We might not reply right away, please understand we have a family and out littles who we spend lots of time with as well.​

  • We are not a vet! ALL medical questions should be directed to a licensed veterinarian.

• Can I visit Tiny Tushy Lodge to pick out my puppy?

  • Unfortunately, our veterinarian's ​recommendations, this is not a good idea. Petting other dogs or cats can possibly bring cooties to our littles. A shopping cart can transfer diseases as well.

  • Canine Parvovirus and Canine Influenza can be detrimental to a puppy who hasn't had their series of puppy vaccinations. Puppies are born with NO immune system, they cannot even regulate their own body temperature until they are 3 to 4 weeks old.

  • Our world health situation is constantly posing threats to us and those around us. We love our dogs and puppies enough to keep their well being first and foremost.

• Have the puppies been seen by a veterinarian?

  • YES! Puppies are seen by our veterinarian and cleared for their new home!

• What vaccines does the puppy have?

  • The puppy will come with age appropriate vaccinations.

• Have the puppies been dewormed?

  • The puppies are dewormed every 2 weeks until it goes to their forever home.

• Do you have a health guarantee?

  • Puppies  up to 16 will come with a 2-year health warranty for any congenital defects.

    • An older puppy's warranty is on a case by case basis.​​

  • The new puppy will be healthy, satisfaction guaranteed! Please look over the warranty/contract HERE.

• What kind of AKC registration is there?

  • AKC Limited Registration is for a quality pet, therapy dog partner, or other AKC or UKC sanctioned event contestants.  They will NOT however, be used as breeding.

  •  AKC Full Registration is for people who intend to breed their Yorkie or Schnazie. and /or being actively shown in the dog show confirmation ring. 

• Can I buy a puppy with a limited registration and change to full later?

  • That decision will only be made by Tiny Tushy Lodge and ONLY to pre-approved breeding programs.

    • If approved, once the fee difference is paid, we can apply to have the limited status removed with AKC. A new contract will be signed.

    • This is solely at the discretion of Tiny Tushy Lodge.​

  • A puppy, teen or adult dog purchased with a non-breeding contract will NOT be bred under any circumstance.

    • we will impose a financial consequence on those who have bred under a non-breeding contract.​

  • ​ Litigation can and will be used on those who have bred under a non-breeding contract.

• Do you deliver?

  • We offer a limited free courtesy delivery. It can be found HERE.

  • We can suggest a trusted ground transporter or flight nanny for a puppy going farther.

  • Delivery is always based on our government directives.

• How much is my delivery fee?

  • This can vary do to destination and carrier fees changing constantly.

    • We can get a quote with a trusted ground transporter. 

      • This is at the buyer expense.

    • ​We can get a quote with a flight nanny for you.

      • This is at the buyer expense.

      • Airport restrictions do apply.​​

    • You can elect to fly here/fly home with your puppy (in cabin) using this method.​​ Contact us for details HERE.

    • We can get a quote with flying cargo to select airports.
